WORST MASSAGE EXPERIENCE EVER! NOT RECOMMENDED! I came to this spa to relax, but instead, I left feeling stressed and disrespected. The therapists did not seem to know how to massage properly, and when I gave suggestions, they became angry and rude instead of listening to their customer. When I asked to speak with the owner, they dismissed my concern, saying it was nonsense because the person I was talking to was the owner's cousin. As paying customers, we deserve respect and proper service. Feedback should be accepted professionally, not met with anger and rude words. Don't go here! You'll only waste your time, money, and energy. I came here to relax but ended up even more stressed. If the management continues to tolerate this kind of rude behavior, I believe it will eventually drive customers away and hurt the business. I will never come back, and I do not recommend this spa to anyone. If I could give zero stars instead of one, I definitely would.
